Layer Visibilities

Layer visibilities allow you to turn on and off certain layers. One of the things that makes Auglaize County: Online Auditor's map different than many online maps is the ability to dynamically turn on and off layers. Some layers aren't turned on by default. However, if you are interested in the information contained within some of these layers, on the "Layers" tab on the map page, check on the layer you are interested in. An example of a layer that isn't on by default is a flood plains layer.

Steps for turning on or off a layer:

• From the map page, click the Layers tab.
• Each layer of the map is represented by a checkbox, selectbox, and label. Toggle the checkbox to turn on or off the layer.

Note:

• Some layers are scale dependent. You cannot manage the visibilities of these layers.
